Ramp up your cardio and then pump up your muscles with dumbbells, barbells, TRX, and Bodyweight resistance training. Cycle X is a 2 part class, splitting 50 minutes between cycling and total body workout. Please arrive 10 minutes early to be fitted for your bike.

Train to be as strong as you’ve ever been on or off the bike. Train for a specific athletic event. Train hard because it feels great to keep up or be out in front on group rides. You’ll be ready for anything from cycling the Colorado mountain passes, dirt trails, and roads, to cycling the Pyrenees.
