In celebration of the 2019 GoPro Mountain Games, the Vail Athletic Club at Vail Mountain Lodge is hosting its 6th annual Fun Run on Friday, June 7th with world champion runner Joseph Gray.
Free and open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, the 6th annual Vail Athletic Club Fun Run starts at 7 a.m. at the main doors of the Vail Mountain Lodge. Gray will lead the Fun Run on the GoPro Mountain Games trail running course.

Gray has won 16 USA national world championship titles, including the 2016 XTERRA Trail Running World Championship. He was the first athlete to win NACAC titles in Cross Country and Mountain Running and is a 19-time national team member. He has 5 consecutive GoPro Mountain Games 10k Mountain Race victories.
Gray will be competing in the 10K race at the 2018 GoPro Mountain Games, which will be held June 6-9 in Vail.
