Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. In this workshop we will break down the art of intention setting, practice gentle movement, and end with Yoga Nidra. The Sankalpa ‘primary idea that forms within the heart’ is an important component of Yoga Nidra practice. We may work with one Sankalpa for a long time as we transform our difficult emotions into seeds of understanding and compassion. This workshop is great for creatives, for working with trauma, and for anyone looking to destress the nervous system.
