Performance Series will be led by new VAC trainer Mike Benedict. This series will provide participants with expert instruction on how to implement, perform and program the fundamental strength exercises. Each week will focus on a single movement, providing considerations for all of the different variations. The focused topics will include the deadlift, the squat, the clean and the CORE.

Days: Tuesday AND Thursday
