The element of fire is used in yoga and Ayurveda as a mirror. The inner flame is a common yogic visualization used to help us connect with source or spirit. The fires in Ayurveda have to do with our ability to perceive and digest in a healthy way. When fire is balanced we are inspired, productive, insightful. When fire is not balanced we are judgmental, angry, irritated. Let’s play with fire!

In this workshop we will explore therapeutic yogic breathing, meditation, and postures that support the healthy care of fire. Tending to the Inner Fire will support a happier, healthier YOU.
