Foundations Yoga is the perfect place to begin or nurture your yoga practice! Designed to be accessible to all levels of practitioners, we enjoy a slower paced Vinyasa class that will give you the time and space to embody your alignment pose to pose, and stay integrated through the transitions. Each class has a different theme, anatomical focus, or will offer you a working evolution towards a peak pose, learning the foundational actions and movement patterns needed to engage that pose. This is the ideal way to refine your practice or start from the ground up in a safe and supportive environment.
