Join us for our signature gym program: functional training. Functional training is athletic movement through different planes, on varied surfaces, to train all people for life and for the sports they enjoy. It is moving athletically and intensely, utilizing body weight exercises like pushups, pull-ups, and lunges, challenging balance by using unstable surfaces, and incorporating the fun toys we have at our disposal: plyo boxes, kettlebells, stretch cords, hurdles, plyo ladders, cones, Olympic bars, and more.
