Kirstie moved to the Vail Valley in 2009 from Austin, Texas to enjoy the mountains. Her love of yoga began at the Vail Athletic Club taking the classes from her now colleagues and teacher in the yoga studio. Her growing passion sparked her to take her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Karen Anderson which she completed in the fall of 2017 at the VAC.
Kirstie keeps her classes nurturing for all bodies by being true to her lineage and practicing for alignment and focus, all while having fun and being able to laugh at yourself.
Enjoying a challenging vinyasa or a relaxing restorative sequence can be found in her classes.
When she’s not in the studio or working, Kirstie likes to be having fun and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, pup and friends!
