yoga teacher training

Considered the grandfather of modern and Chinese medicine, Ayurveda has always recognized that digestion is the keystone to your well-being.

A balanced digestion breaks down the food you eat to its finest essence to create healthy cells and tissues for longevity while an imbalanced digestion results in a clogging of the bodily channels and a buildup of toxins that over time can result in sluggishness, weight gain, inflammation and pain.

Supporting your digestion involves not only selecting the best foods for your body type but preparing them in the best way, and eating them at the best times.

In this engaging lecture, learn what to eat, when to eat and how to eat to reduce toxins and create an ideal daily routine for perfect health.
