Two-Day Heart Health Experience

There’s no better time to jump-start heart health than in February, Heart Health month. The coaches and professionals at the Vail Vitality Center are serious about heart health, no matter the month, and have packaged their recommendations for promoting a healthy ticker in this two-day Heart Health Experience package:

Metabolic Test: Take the guess work out of your workout program. The Vail Vitality Center’s metabolic test provides participants with exact heart rate zones where they’re burning fat, ensuring no workout is wasted. The test also provides our dietitian with a prescription to build each participant’s individual nutritional plan. The package includes one (1) test and one (1) follow up after one (1) month.

Workout plan: An individual plan prescribed using the metabolic test, and focused on personal weight loss and heart health goals. Package includes a one (1) month workout plan.

Nutrition Plan: The Vail Vitality Center’s dietitian will prescribe a one (1) month program for personal weight loss and heart health goals.

Chiropractic Session: A spine health evaluation, enabling participants to confidently continue their individual workout plan. Package includes one (1) introductory session.

Hyperbaric Chamber: Utilizing this form of therapy provides multiple proven benefits for altitude sickness, injury healing and a healthy atmosphere for the entire body. Increased oxygen helps heal cells, increasing performance every day. Package includes one (1) session.

 The Heart Health 2 day experience is the 3rd Heart Health Month package available to members and non-members.  Since there is a lot to the package a 2 day experience is best for this package.

All the professionals are properly trained and can assist you with your concerns.  Dr Segredahl will evaluate each clients before the use the Hyperbaric Chamber.
